My Growth & Transformational Story

If life was measured professionally and in terms of material possessions, I was climbing to the top of the chain. I enjoyed my work and like the rest of my fellow humans, I was on autopilot mode, I had a beautiful life- a corporate career as an executive vice president, three amazing children, a happy marriage, a gorgeous home, my life seemed perfect. On the inside, I always felt there is more to life than that. There is more to life other than the reason for being brought into this world just to eat, marry work and have children. May be I don’t know what I want to do and that is totally Ok, it all starts with HOW I want to be not with WHAT I want to do! It’s the mindset and the narratives I have been telling myself. When the narrative changed….. my transformation journey started and brought me to where I stand now. Living a life the way I want it not the way others want me to live, I am doing what lights me up and am pursuing my goals with no regrets. I am living my reality the way I designed it and created it not by default. The take away is: If you want to win in life you must understand the mind and work in harmony with the laws of the Universe.

My Mission

I help successful Arab women who appear to have it all—yet silently struggle with inner peace and self-love. Despite their achievements, they feel disconnected, overwhelmed, and trapped in societal expectations. My mission is to guide them from confusion to clarity, transform chaos into inner peace, and help them see boundaries as an act of self-love rather than guilt. Through Human Design, nervous system regulation, tapping, NLP, mindset shifts, and energetic work, I empower them to break free from fear, self-doubt, and the pressure to always ‘hold it together.’ I help them reclaim their truth, embrace their worth, and create a life that feels as fulfilling on the inside as it looks on the outside.
